Last weekend in Minnesota it was absolutely GORGEOUS. After what felt like weeks of spring rains & 30 mile an hour winds, a lush Minnesota spring finally revealed herself. The trees filled in practically overnight and the birds began whistling their springtime melodies. It was the perfect weekend to hit the road and head to an iconic spot in Minnesota for some springtime family photos.
Nestled on the border between Minnesota and Wisconsin, with the beautiful St. Croix River rushing through, the small town of Taylor’s Falls can be found. Interstate Park is also found here, it’s landscape abundant with deep glacial potholes and amazing rock formations, making it a climber’s haven.
I met up with my former boss and her family in this unique and majestic setting to take photos.
Thank you all for inviting me to do this for you. I hope you enjoy them 🙂
Austin is just finishing up his senior year and heading to Georgia for bootcamp this summer! Coming from a military family myself I have HUGE appreciation for the service he is dedicating to his country. Thank you!

I love father-daughter photos! They are some of my favorites to take.

Ashley and her fiancee Aaron got engaged last year. It’s clear these two are head over heels for each other.
Shalene and Craig shared a funny first date story – which I’m not quite sure I can share here – but let’s just say it involves a canoe ;P
